The problem with autorun.inf is that I can’t delete it. I had that problem several times, but it drives me crazy every time I have it. I use unlocker, but even that application is powerless against this virus monster. I don’t know which virus causes it, but I want to kill it!

Yes that is true. There is no exact way to remove them without using anti-virus. It depends on what local virus is in your system. But you can remove some types of local virus by performing the said steps. Good thing you shared this, this can help other people trying to remove local viruses.
